Customer Overview
Every customer's state at a glance. Red: at least one thing needs action. Yellow: something worth watching. Green: nothing wrong. Every colour comes from a fact you can click; nothing is scored.

How to read this page
Three states, no score. A customer is Needs action (red) when at least one item in the table below is true, Watch (yellow) when something is wrong but nothing needs action, OK (green) when nothing is wrong, and No data (grey) when every collector for that customer is silent, or when nothing is set up. The counts next to the state say how many items are behind it. "Worst first" sorts by needs-action items, then watch items, then how long the oldest item has been open.
Acknowledged. "I'm aware" on an item takes it out of the needs-action count and turns its tile yellow instead of red. The item stays visible, greyed, with who acknowledged it, since when and until when (7 days by default, at most 90). It clears itself when the problem goes away, and every acknowledgement is written to the audit trail. Acknowledging the matching alert on the Alerts page counts too.
Seven squares = the last seven days, each coloured by the worst state that day; the outlined square is today. Tile footer = since when the tile has had its colour, and the real date and time of its data; the line turns yellow when the data is older than expected. Never reached = enabled computers that have never answered a ping and never completed a job; shown, never red. The thresholds are set in Settings › Dashboard.
